Profile

The Senior UX Analyst/Designer interprets our client's business requirements within the enterprise portal context by developing actionable and multipurpose user models that can be translated into a user-centered design/development process, which ensures end-user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and analyzing user interfaces (including interaction designs, information architecture, and presentation patterns) and supporting content and materials based on evaluative user research and testing as well as applications of best practices and intellectual capital
• Collecting business requirements from clients and appropriate stakeholders, translating findings into a solid architecture design
• Conducting contextual inquiries, user requirements analysis, and user modeling (e.g., task, process, and work practice modeling)
• Planning and conducting usability tests and expert reviews of interface designs

Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of a Master's degree in behavioral and social sciences (e.g., cognitive psychology, anthropology, etc.), Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Travel

Travel to client sites, tradeshows and sales prospects is required.
